The Palau de la Música hosted the conference ‘Vocational Training in the 4.0 era’ in Valencia on 17 and 18 May. Organised by the Regional Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sport and the Network of Technological Institutes of the Valencian Community REDIT, to promote professional teaching in the community.
During the congress, more than 500 teachers who attended the congress were able to learn first-hand about the experiences and expectations around the world regarding the most demanded skills in the current work environment. As part of the 2018 Plan of the Valencian Ministry for the participation and training of teachers, made up of nine congresses that will be held from May to November.
Congress that covered the great challenges of the future that we professionals face and the possible solutions from the point of view of innovation, including the implementation of new technologies. Iker Marcaide, founder of multiple undertakings including: Imagine Montessori School, Barrio La Pinada and Zubilabs, participated in the congress sharing from that first step of an idea to the beginning of entrepreneurship and innovation, two fundamental pillars that characterize this Valencian entrepreneur.
