Construction work on the second school of the Imagine Montessori School La Pinada has already begun in the western part of Valterna (Paterna, Valencia). The new building will be built under the Breeam Excellent and Green 4-leaf sustainability seals.
These certificates guarantee that the design and execution are carried out under the most demanding sustainability criteria in matters such as the life cycle of materials, the efficient use of energy, the well-being of users, efficient management during construction, transport, waste management and innovation, among others.
Thus, Imagine Montessori School La Pinada will become the first school in Spain to obtain this double certification, they state in a statement from the institution.
The facilities will occupy an area of 4,500m2 and will be integrated into a natural environment surrounded by thousands of pines.
